Two Core Diagnostic Methods
Most leaks come down to two questions: where is the water getting in, and is the waterproofing still sound? These are our two primary diagnostic services - often the starting point for getting to the bottom of a persistent problem.
Dynamic Leak Investigation (DLI®)
When a leak is active and no one can trace it, DLI® finds the source. Our engineers recreate the conditions that cause the leak, testing methodically from the lowest point upward to isolate the exact water ingress pathway - not just where the water appears inside. You get a thorough report with photographic evidence and clear remedial recommendations, so repairs are targeted at the real cause the first time.
Electronic Leak Detection (ELD®)
ELD® tests the integrity of your roof's waterproofing system to find breaches before they become bigger problems. Using non-invasive electronic testing, we pinpoint pinholes and membrane failures on flat roofs, green roofs and terraces - with no destructive testing and no disruption to your building.
