Low Carbon Skills Fund (LCSF)

Friday 16 May 2025 Update: There will be no funding for the Low Carbon Skills Fund in financial year 2025/26.

Visit here for more information.

The Low Carbon Skills Fund (LCSF) provides public sector organisations with financial support to develop decarbonisation strategies aimed at reducing carbon emissions, particularly from heating systems. This funding helps cover the costs of technical expertise and consultants needed to create comprehensive decarbonisation plans. These plans focus on reducing the reliance on fossil fuels, improving energy efficiency, and transitioning towards low-carbon heating systems. RAM helps public sector bodies navigate the application process, ensuring that projects align with long-term sustainability goals while meeting government standards. By securing LCSF funding, organisations can take the crucial first step toward transforming their energy usage and achieving a more sustainable future.
