SUMMARY:
Request was to carry out integrity testing in the form of water test the roof, syphonic outlets and upstands, in order to hand the building over:
THE PROBLEM:
No issues, integrity test to ensure the building was water tight before handing over to occupier.
THE METHOD:
Flow test to main roof and syphonic outlets over a number of days
THE SOLUTION:
Despite rigorous testing the engineers could not activate a leak, therefore the roof passed its integrity test.
